Returns & Exchanges

I hope that each and every one who orders is pleased with their purchase and will have no cause to request a refund!

If you receive a damaged parcel or the item has been damaged in shipment, please send me an email at nicole@kipippiki.com with photos of the damages within 7 days of receipt. All eligible returns will be inspected once received back, and a full refund will be issued to the original card or payment method.

For any other return requests, please email me with the reason for the return within 7 days of receipt of order. All eligible returns will be inspected once received back and, if the item is in the same condition as when it was shipped, a refund will be made minus shipping costs.

Please do not simply ship back your item without contacting me first. If an item is sent back without approval, no refund will be issued!
